Rodeo Nights Round-Up
On Sunday, the 12th of May, we hosted our RODEO NIGHTS event to celebrate the release of our new Spring/Summer collection 'Rodeo Nights' so let's recap and round up HONA'S Hoedown!
The Day Event!
Our incredible Social Media Manager Morgan who you all know and love welcomed attendees as guests arrived in anticipation for the day!
We started the day with an amazing "Introduction to Content Creation" session led by the talented Sadie from @sadiejnails, who gave us incredible insights into her content creation workshops.
Next, we moved on to an insightful masterclass on "All Things Chrome" with the inspiring Maisie from @maisiejacksonbeauty. She captivated the audience with her chrome tips and tricks, covering everything from full coverage to isolated designs.
Then it was time for a much-needed break, but the excitement didn’t stop there. During the break, we had a full shopping experience where all attendees had the opportunity to shop the Rodeo Nights Collection and stock-up on HONA must haves with some unmissable discounts!
During the break, we also offered complimentary permanent jewellery as a token and reminder of the day! Each bracelet came with an extra special rodeo-themed charm. All jewellery was provided by @linked_at28, @bylucyalana_x, and @welded.bykthryn.
The excitement continued with the very special Sacha from the @thefiercecompany who very kindly brought her business mentoring to the event supporting attendees with developing their business for growth. Alongside Sacha the wonderful @sadiejnails welcomed guests to come and learn more from her on stage masterclass.
Of course no event lunch break would be complete without food! continuing the Rodeo theme we had a variety of southern food options to enjoy!
After lunch the Swift Tips master Damon @bydamonevans brought us back into the live demos with a complete Swift Tips masterclass, discussing application methods, removals and infills.
Our Co-founder Charlotte Henson presented our final highly anticipated PureFoundation masterclass revealing all about the new unreleased product! and discussing, Nail prep, Tips on how to prevent lifting and chipping, application methods and the multi-uses of PureFoundation. Charlotte also answered some questions about the new product as excitement grows for the release!
Finally, we finished the day with an inspiring and engaging panel on "inclusivity and innovation: Transforming the Beauty salon Experience for Everyone" the insightful panel as hosted by the lovey Chan from @clawgasmic and our panelists Olivia from @novaleenails, Coral from @ohlushnails and Aisha from @aishasarts. The panel discussed audience and pre planned questions providing priceless knowledge on inclusivity to our eagerly listening audience.
The Evening Party
What would a HONA event be without a HONA Hoedown? Guests grabbed their Cowboy boots, hats and got glammed up for an evening of line dancing, celebrating and spending time networking with fellow nails techs.
Our entertainment captivated the audience and had our guests dancing the night away! The amazing line dancing group, The Rhinestone Cowgirls, put on a performance of a lifetime, showing us how line dancing is done. There truly is no party like a HONA party!
