ABOUT FFION
Hey everyone! I’m Ffion, 34 and owner of Ciwticwls Nails, Beauty & Training and your HONA educator for the North Wales areas! I run my beauty business “Ciwticwls’ which is pronounced “Cute-e-kools’ from my home studio that I call my work heaven! I’m a Welshie born and bred in a small village here in North Wales, Mam to two beautiful energetic little boys and married to my farmer hubby Dewi!
I’ve always had a huge passion for nails since as long as I can remember, recruiting friends and family for their weekly manis using the Nail Polishes back in the day! Fast forward to now and to have been able to turn a complete hobby and passion into my career has definitely been a highlight for me. I have also been teaching at schools as a primary school teacher for the past 13 years therefore I’m very familiar with the world of education! Anybody that knows me will vouch at the fact of how much I love Sparkles and glitter! Being a nail tech and creating beautiful and sparkly pieces of art is without doubt the ideal job for me! Especially at Christmas time! I just love it! I’m truly excited to embark on my journey as an educator within this industry and I cannot wait to pass on my 10 years of knowledge and see my future students flourish to reaching their full potential as New Nail Techs! I cannot wait to guide and support you through your own Nail journey.
ABOUT THE TRAINING VENUE
My studio has recently relocated adjacent to our new family home situated at the top of our working farm. Be prepared for beautiful scenery and a little lamb or two in the fields when you visit! (Providing it’s lambing season!)
I'm based on the outskirts of the city of Bangor, North Wales - situated just off the A55 and adjacent to the Service Station ‘Llys y Gwynt’ (Further details will be provided upon booking your training).
Training day is a FUN and exciting day and will be encompassed around preparing you for everything you need to get started on your journey! I offer 1 : 1 training as well as small intimate group sessions for a maximum of 4 students at one time.
Refreshments will be provided throughout the day but there are food outlets nearby in very close proximity to the studio. (Asda Service Station, Greggs, Subway, Burger King, and Starbucks to name a few!)
You will not be required to bring a model on the training day. A HONA approved lamp will be provided for 1:1 training sessions, and within larger group sessions students will be required to bring their own.
